JFB Home Page Updates
Aug 7 2009, 01:49 AMWe are pleased to announce the changes made to the JFB service home page earlier today. The new improvements include a wiki search bar to make searching for support FAQ's quicker and easier, new convenience navigation links below the search bar, and slight image changes to give the site a little "kick of slick", for lack of better words.
We hope you enjoy and take advantage of the convenience updates, and are fond of the slightly updated styling.

Also on a side note, a short while ago JFB hit 20,000 boards registered. We would like to thank all our users for helping us reach this goal.

Very nice. Are you planning on using that red gradient here on the forum? I think it would look very nice.

The text looks like it was made on Win XP, and it looks all choppy.

No it's a little darker than some of the other images on here. I'm just going to leave the one we have alone.
Thomas, I guess that's because I cheated and clipped the image in instead of working out the surrounding text with the border. I hadn't considered that.

Made on windows xp? whats the dif between that and any other system.....

Windows XP doesn't have the ability to make text nice looking like on Vista and other operating systems.

The only thing that looks wrong is the "JFB" being over aligned then the other text.. Win XP has nothing to do with it..

Well it's been a while and we've had a lot of good feedback in and out of this topic. I'm glad everyone likes the updated look.
Also to answer a question talked about a few times above, the print was made on vista. Maybe I'll redo the image later with a smoother font setting.
