Terms of Service Reports

Jan 9 2008, 11:38 PM

Changes have been made regarding how we want people to send reports to us. No longer do I wish for myself or the staff to be PMed, Emailed, or IMed with issues regarding hosted services or pages that violate Terms of Service.

A special page exists here: http://jcink.com/?p=report to file a complete report.

The reason for doing this is to get more effective, clear reports, and process them quicker. A key thing to understand about the report form is that when reporting, we want to know as much information as possible, that includes direct links to actual violations on the urls you're reporting.

The majority of times we receive bogus reports with empty threats against us, or extremely unclear ones. Even false reports are filed in hopes of getting someones board closed, and they only waste our time.

This new page hopes to change that by requesting that you provide actual evidence to support the violation with links or it will simply be ignored.
