Today I am posting to say in advance that I am leaving on August 1st on vacation until August 13th. I should still have an internet connection, but as I will be on vacation, I will not be around as much as usual, nor will I be physically capable of doing certain administration tasks myself. The great staff here are prepared to handle questions and issues while I’m away. Matt was recently bumped up to admin on the community forums. He’ll be helping to take care of those while I’m away. Over at the JFB support board/Resource board, Taylor W (though he is having problems with his ISP which should be resolved shortly) has been given additional power to deal with things such as finalizing terms of service violations, and Chakka was recently added to support staff. Please note that although staff can handle many issues, they don’t have the power to do board database restorals. As a notice, all board restorals will be on hold until I come back.

You can still email me at admin@jcink.com any time and I will read it, but you will recieve my auto response message if you do. That is just to remind you that I am on vacation and may not be able to answer your email immediately, or until I come back. If at all possible, please direct the issue to other staff on the site instead of emailing me. They can help you just as well as I could.
