A Message from Jcink Regarding COVID-19

We wanted to take this time to briefly address the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, the state of the service and our financial outreach.

Firstly: The forum service will continue as normal, there are no planned interruptions for us as a result of COVID-19. Support and development will proceed. Our work is done from remote, and that includes most datacenter related work except for emergency situations. We're grateful as a business to be able to weather these difficult times, as we primarily exist in virtual space. It is our hope that the forum service will be able to provide comfort and another means of socailization for everyone. The bottom line: we're not going anywhere due to COVID-19.

Secondly: We know some premium subscribers will find themselves in a tough spot financially as a result of COVID-19. If you are having trouble keeping up with your premium payments, please open a support ticket with us and we will see what we can do to assist.

Please, please do not abuse this offer. We understand that in some way, we are all affected by this no matter what. But we need to try to allow it to be used by those who need it most, who are otherwise truly unable to pay. Apply respectfully, state your case, and we will do our absolute best; through extending your premium time for a bit or via other means.

It is important that we all try to take of each other in these uncertain, and stressful times when we can to help those in need. We wish you and all of your family and friends the best of health as we continue to all get through this together across the world.
