IRC Services

Our IRC service uses Atheme IRC Services, this is what helps maintain the IRC, and gives you control over your Nickname and Channels. This also prevents channel takeovers, and from people being able to take over your name, and well as helps IRC Operators keep the network secure from spammers, and other possible things.

ChanServ

ChanServ is the Channel Services of the IRC.
ChanServ's main use for a user is to register channels, and keep control of them, and their channel staff and members.

NickServ

NickServ is the Channel Services of the IRC.
NickServ's main use for a user is to register their nickname. This keeps people from being able steal your nickname or from people making it so you can't use your nickname.

MemoServ

MemoServ is a messanger service of the IRC.
With MemoServ you can leave messages for other registered users when they are offline, and when they get back on the network they will obtain the message upon connecting and identifying to the network.

OperServ

OperServ is an IRC Service that only IRC operators can use.
This doesn't have any use to a normal user, but is important because it helps control the IRC services, and help IRC operators keep control of the network.
